Ack! We just found a baby mouse in bed with Vincent. I know Katherine loves the mice around here, but geez! (This mouse was super-cute, small and clean and indoors!)
Today I’m starting this blogger thing. We will see how it goes. We went to the Northern Dutchess Hospital play group and I met more people this time. I’m starting to remember everybody’s name and what they do. Vince and I saw Eileen today and had a great time at on the 3rd floor of Ludlow. Went to the vet for Ruby for her annual check-up.
Still getting over our colds, the two of us, Vince and Doris. Spent a quiet day at home. Two people who went to the same summer camp as Jeremy came over for dinner.
Emy is back home 🙂 Vince and I went to the Northern Dutchess Hospital for play group! He had a lot of fun there. In the afternoon, I drove around in the snow and made salmon dinner for everyone 🙂
We went to Kingston today and the oldies radio station gave a shout-out to “Doris in Kingston”! How did they know. We all went to family therapy and had lunch at a wonderful deli/pastry place. This afternoon we went for a doggie walk and had a nap.
Today I had lunch with Chi, Asuka’s mother and Bob. We ate at the faculty center.
Vince is one today. We celebrated by taking his sport utility stroller out for a walk at Poet’s Walk. It was very slushy but the dogs enjoyed it. I walked 10,000 steps today according to my pedometer!
Vince’s birthday party! We had a Texas-style chili cookout tonight with a bunch of friends and all 4 grandparents. Lots of good talk and fun. Emily decided today to move back to NY, so plans are being made about where she will sleep because almost all the beds are full here!
A snowstorm came in today, so Vince and I stayed home and puttered. We are starting to work on day care stuff for Vince so I can start looking for work. We got the B.O.B. sport utility stroller today and tried it out on our evening walk. Plowed through the snow just fine.
Went out to dinner with Carrie and Asuka for her mother’s birthday at this Italian place! Yummy. We had bread, butter and alcohol in honor of Sue! Hooray!
