Charles, our support man in front of the pasta stand. Taken with a Nikon 50mm F1.4 (Thanks sis!)

  1. Cool. I’m glad it survived being stored in New Jersey. So how’s the camera? Is it nice with the 50? That’s the only lens I would carry around, the 50 mm.

  2. It’s not bad. It’s pretty loud – the AF motor. The new AF-S lens are much much quieter and nicer in my opinion. A 50mm is harder on a DSLR. it’s really like an 80mm. I have a 28 which about a 42mm equivalent, but the images are very sharp compared to my other lens. You can tell.
