In order to be classified as a bedroom at the basement, it must have an egress window (in case of fire) with a height of no more than 44″ and a closet. The contractor just finished it two days ago and, yesterday, the county inspection also gave an okay.
Therefore, today is the date to finish the outside of this window. It was done (see picture) with two shrubs circled by screen wires to prevent it becomes the meal for the deer. By the way, while working outside today, I saw three white tail deer passing by. They thought we were room mates and our yard is their territory too.
