We forgot that the 28th was Elka’s fourth birthday. We love you Elka.
I read and/or listened to 13 books this year. My favorite was Empire of Pain – this was a great listen.
I do have intentions for the new year, but I feel like I’ve been sick for two weeks now and hacking up at night and not sleeping well. I’ll go forth later. Or never.
Wow. You should be really proud of yourself for all these books you read. That’s wonderful. They look like good reads! I logged my way through the Power Brokers and then through Team of Rivals. Plus, I had slog both books at different times through airports. They weigh more than a cast-iron skillet!!!! I asked my book club to never again recommend a book that weighs that much🤣 But they were both good reads. I recommend. Hang in there with being sick. It’s Cedar season here and it is kicking both of our butts. You have my sympathy. Being not 100% suckkkks. Otherwise, I would’ve mailed Christmas cards, but I didn’t get to it this year. So merry Christmas and happy new year in the laziest way possible.
