Vince and I made a huge mess in the kitchen making empanadas for dinner. He loves to make dinner, he just doesn’t like to eat dinner. Tonight he made a big show about serving himself dinner and waiting for it to cool off and then cutting the empanadas in half and then finally not eating a single bite!
When I make dinners, I put everything in a pot, usually, part of the roasted chicken from supermarkets, tomatoes, broccoli and noodles. I self nickname myself “LOP -Lee One Pot: 🙂
