Jeremy bought a bike on Craigslist bringing our total bicycle count to 4. The bike is a little strange. Somehow there is a super-low gear that seems really kludge-y. WTF did they do to the bike? (There is such beautiful light in the garage with the doors open, maybe I can move all our dinner parties to the garage so I can take beautiful pictures of everyone there…)
I’m no bike expert but I have seen quite a number of mid-range bikes come with the super bike granny gear on the back like that. I think it’s just there in case you hit some huge hill that you wouldn’t be able to get up with without the gear.
