Still in a funk. Don’t know why. I think I need to get out of the house more. My natural state is to be at home and to watch TV or surf the web. It easily leads to being in a funk.

This is what the world looked like this morning (school was canceled and they are predicting another foot for this weekend):


Look what a good job Jeremy did on the bread. It only took 24 hours or so.

  1. Bread pictures are not only good. The tastes are even better.

    Do more household works at home will shake the "Funk". Since you work at home all day and weather is not that good, got out of the house is a good idea. It is also a good to walk around the house upstairs and downstairs as an exercise. In the spring time, my allergy acting up, I always to get some exercise walking stairs.

  2. My 2 cents.

    Working at home is good but working in office to meet different set of problmes and people is also good.

    When kids get older, may consider to work in office for more days.

    Bread looks very delicious!

  3. Yes, he made the starter himself – but it wasn't sourdough. It's "rustic French loaf" from the Joy of Cooking.

    I have been running almost everyday and eating OK. It's just a mood. It will pass.
