Dumpling recipe?

Hey Doris, do you have the dumpling receipe? perhaps I was thinking of making some for a potluck… I guess I’ll buy the skins at Ranch 99.

  1. Hi Donald, You can find recipes on line. I just played it by ear. I included ground pork, lots of chopped ginger, garlic and green onions, some chopped water chestnuts, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine, and a little salt and sugar. I just used ordinary ground pork, with the result that mine were too dry, since the ground pork is too lean. You should include some pork fat like the pork belly or something (essentially bacon but without the smoky flavor). If you can’t find it ground you could just chop it up tiny.
